Posted on 11 February, 2016 at 0:50

Happiness is the highest level of state which we all always in search of it. With Verities of methods, we are trying hard to obtain it. We seek happiness even we pretend not to. Naturally, no one has right to say, you can’t desire to be happy, even yourself not. It is instinctual necessities from our birth.

Happiness known in two different state: the physical and mental happiness, some seek happiness in physical happiness (sensory pleasure). some do prefer mental happiness to physical happiness. as like shadow, desire to happiness is in core of us, no matter in which way.

As like mental happiness, seeking for physical happiness is very centered in our mind, it is not only our body who demand it in first place. It is a subconscious mind: the attachment. It may make nonsense to you by saying this, but if you step back and watch deeply inside you, you will notice it.

I will discuss more on next post on how attachment make you seek more physical happiness. stay update.
